Your Questions About Cheap Studio Apartments
How much is a cheap apartment in Oakland, CA area?
If I don’t have a lot of money, and income range is 30,000-38,000 per year. Want apartment that’s not too far away from downtown Oakland, and preferrably near some college/university.
What’s ok price to pay for the studio or 1 bed apartment ?
I can only suggest craigslist.
Just insert your details (cats/dogs, how many rooms) and search away.
As for the price…Anything less than 1000 is good enough to take.
how much does a studio apartment cost near hofstra university on long island?
I am looking for studio apartments near hofstra university in hempstead. I go there and i was looking for a cheaper one because i am a college student looking to move in with one other person. Can anyone help out? Links would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Probable about $900 a month, depends on the studio. Taxes are very high in Nassau County. The rent is going to include the high property taxes. That area has a lot of houses and Co-ops apartments, which usually are not allowed to be rented. Choice is limited. It’s hard to give a rate on renting a studio. You might have to find what ever is available at the lowest price. Mostly houses and Co-op apartments are for rent. Http://www.mlsli.com/rentalresults.cfm
How can I get a CHEAPER apartment?
Is there ANY insider way into finding a cheaper apartment/studio for rent? I live in the San Diego area. If I personally KNOW a tenant (family, friend, etc) or a person who owns the real estate, would it ever be possible for them to give me a discount? I need ways to lower my housing costs, because I absolutely need to move out (and get my own place). All I’m looking for is an affordable studio ($600/mo would be great), in a safe, appropriate location. Thank you.
You may contact your agent and ask him for a discount. They are entitled for a certain percentage to the Total Payment of the property.
Yay or nay on Studio City Apartments in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio?
Was looking to save some money and move me and my son and hubby from a house to an apartment and Studio City seems to be pretty cheap. I know “you get what you pay for” but I had a friend that lived in them years ago and they seemed like an okay place to live.
I’ve seen the reviews of it on review apartments.com or what ever it was and it’s a mixed bag. Half say yes and half say they wouldn’t let their dog live there.
Anyone lived there within the last year or two…or living there now that could tell me a little about them?
This website may help you in your rental decision, assuming this isn’t the website you’ve already reviewed.
Once you’ve found an apartment, please be certain to provide your impressions to the website after living there a while, as this is a website that I would have enjoyed in my leasing days.
Another option, if you haven’t considered it, is to look for a rental condo unit. Some owners are renting because they can’t sell their units at a desired price.

Check out craigslist for the area. Under real estate they have vacation rentals. See what you can find there.
