Whats a website I can look up apartments thats based on income?

You look under the housing authority. These are welfare apartments where we that work hard pay part of your rent, they all go through HUD.

i was wondering if you get a base you on your income apartment do you have to have a job straight off or can you be looking for one and also if you dont have one yet would your rent be free until you get one and all you’ll have to do is pay your bills

These apartments have guidelines based on your family size. You must have a job. For example, some buildings for a family of 2 require you make a minimum of $20,000 p/year and you can’t make more than $23,000 p/year. There is always a minimum and maximum income limit. They generally want to see your last two check stubs and possibly last years tax return. These places will not except you if you do not have a job and meet their income requirements.

I am pretty sure Fairview apartments in Grandville, MI are for low income people. Great area, too- I grew up in Grandville.
