Paul asks…

How can I work out my lower abdominal muscles?

How can I work out my lower abdominal muscles without having to buy any type of equipment (I do have an exercise ball though)?

Administrator answers:

Exercise ball is an excellent piece of equipment for ab workouts.Do ab curls, hip rolls, walk up and down, sit straight up and kick legs out one at a time, back extensions, side crunches, etc. One excellent exercise is to lay on your back with both legs in the air.Slowly lift your hips up.Also try this with one leg crossed over the other.Invest in a book about abs on the ball or simply-whatever you do for normal ab workout transform to a position on the ball. There are so many things you can do without going to buy equipment.Look up ab exercises on the web or you can E-MAIL me.
